Chief Officer / First Mate

Second-in-command to the Captain. Oversee deck operations, cargo handling, mooring, safety, and crew management. Plan loading/unloading, supervise maintenance, and lead emergency responses. Work includes watchkeeping, deck inspections, and coordinating with Captain. Requires leadership, navigation skills, and deck team management experience.
